Thermal Management System

To ensure that the batteries operate at their optimal ambient temperature, a 5 kW liquid cooling unit is installed inside the cabinet to provide uniform heat dissipation for the battery modules and maintain the cabinet’s internal ambient temperature within the suitable operating range for the battery cells. The liquid cooling unit’s thermostat can automatically activate cooling and heating functions based on the preset maximum and minimum temperature values.

Dehumidification System

The intelligent dehumidifier utilizes semiconductor refrigeration technology for active dehumidification. Under the action of a fan, humid air from the enclosed space is drawn into the dehumidification air duct. The water vapor in the air is condensed into liquid water after passing through the semiconductor refrigeration mechanism, and then discharged from the enclosed space via a drainage pipe, achieving excellent dehumidification performance.

 

Operating Mode Switching

AC and DC operating modes switch automatically without manual operation.

System Protection Modes

The system auto-shuts down at zero SOC to avoid over-discharge.
